Pros

They give you bagels on mondays and lunch on fridays, coworkers were cool. Great place to work if you like to be lied to by management

Cons

Management is full of lying, selfish, arrogant individuals who enjoy nothing more than berating their employees. Base salary is atrocious, no vacation or time off for the first 6 months, management plays favorites, and is just a terrible place to work with no room for advancement. Management lies to employees in order to turn them against each other to further their own agenda Disclaimer: I only voted Parchem 1 star because zero, or negative 5 were not options

Pros

-POW mindset amongst employees creates good bonds and lasting friendships. -Daily phone calls from telemarketers asking for CEOs father who started the company. CEO loves when you ask questions regarding the foundings of the company and his family. Ask why the company is named "Parchem". Do it, you will get a promotion. -You will get a vast knowledge of homophobic and racial slurs due to CEOs constant use -CEO is a terrific writer and actor. His ability to impersonate old employees and write delusional fake glassdoor reviews is second to none. "Very smart" -Sabrina. Seriously, this might be the only real pro.

Cons

-Daily beratings, batterings, constant micromanaging, hostile work environment. You must be as hardened as the CEOs nipples to last more than 6 months. -100% chance of being sued by CEO when pursuing new opportunities for personal career growth. Thou shalt never leave Parchem -You will never get paid your commission on time, if you get paid at all -24/7 surveillance while in the office. Cameras on employees at all times and CEO has constant ability to watch the office. Not to be confused with "The Office", American Television series starring Steve Carell. -Ugly artwork all over the office in sad attempt to make you not want to look away from your computer screen.
