      Making friends with your fellow co-workers

      Cons

      No way to move up in the company. Everyone talks about each other behind their backs. Expectation to complete obscene amounts of work. Angry Upper Management walking around constantly grumbling under their breath while they arrive to work late on a consistent basis ( great example setting) .
