Coming from a corporate world to Paramount was a huge career change and one I didn't take lightly. But it was the best move I have ever made. I feel supported and most importantly, Paramount have created a culture where everyone is heard and every voice matters. No matter whether you are the Director or you are the maintenance team. Here are some bullet point highlights of working at Paramount;
