      Pros

      Great staff in Lettings Team, and good people to work with outside of the senior members of staff.

      Cons

      Directors are bullies. Jokes are offensive and not funny - bi polar tendencies, you'll spend your entire time tiptoeing round them. Men are misogynistic and sexist - lewd comments, leering and sexual harrassment are not addressed and are considered "funny". Generally pathetic attitude towards employee satisfaction improvement. Lots of fake family talk. 11 people left the company in the space of 6 months, that should tell you enough.

      Pros

      Very attentive training and most staff are very kind and approachable. Property management service is very good and the company benefits are much better than most.

      Cons

      Certain member of the leadership team is a huge bully. Will outwardly be rude and sarcastic to staff in front of other staff members and will be constantly micromanaging. Any slight mistake a staff member makes will be reminded it for months. Any over-performing staff will be ridiculed for it and will be forced to feel guilty because other staff can’t hit the same numbers. A certain senior member is rude, condescending and incredibly obnoxious! They will choose the side of their clients over their own staff, which says it all really.

      Excellent team spirit Progressive goals Directors/Manager look out for you and are always on hand to help. They care about their staff

      Cons

      Long hours, but that is the property industry in general
