Pros
Teams are close. It makes a huge difference when you get acquired. COLA adjustments were better before we were acquired, but I appreciate the adjustments every year.
Cons
- They removed Maternity benefit top -ups after the acquisition. - While merit and COLA increments happen every year, there is no longer an active profit sharing policy.
