      --get a free meal while on the job --get a good discount while off-shift --slightly better pay

      Cons

      --Very much depends on your manager and how seriously they take it and how much they buy into the "family" corporate tries to sell. --It has the same energy as an MLM. --Drive-thru is a nightmare --Held some people on for YEARS saying they would get promoted and never did.
