      Pros

      Very good cooking procedures. Very clean compared to other restaurants. Takes their jobs pretty seriously. Vivian was a manager at the store. She was super nice, put her money where her mouth was, and responsible with her job.

      Cons

      Sometimes steps were skipped to meet goals. Sanitation steps were skipped time to time. But compared to other places... very clean.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
