No work life balance!! 50 hours a week ( minimum), 5 days open to close, no consecutive days off. They move managers from store to store so often you have no stability and it's hard to make bonus when you are moved around so much. 1 manager per store required to have high surveys scores, maintain store condition, scheduling, hiring, vendors, maintenance, uphold all aspects of operation standard, have high donations, high catering sales perfect health department score. Yes these are all very important. But for one manager to deal with all these things is very difficult especially when you have to spend so much time serving guest so your labor isn't high.
