      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits. Able to meet a variety of people.

      Cons

      Culture is supposed to be about people but its not. Mgmt is super fake and sometimes highly incompetent. Hiring people with degrees but they can't even do the job doesn't make sense.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is something you have to strive for but we have recognized need for growth in this area and we are striving to make a difference!
