Pros
It's fast paced, so long shifts aren't that bad, because they go by rather fast. It's not very hard to find something to do even when it's busy. You also get to eat the food during your breaks, which is fun. When it gets really busy, it's actually kind of fun, especially, when you and your coworkers are in tune with each other. It feels like playing a game, so that's cool.
Cons
You deal with difficult people sometimes. That comes with any customer service jobs, though. Sometimes the people who are in charge are a little bit strict when it comes to policies and in ways that don't really make sense, sometimes, but just do what they tell you and you'll be fine.
