      Pros

      Money was great in the beginning, but once you really see all of the responsibilities you have, the pay does not measure up.

      Cons

      There is no work life/home life balance. I read all of these glassdoor reviews before being hired and didn’t care about the cons because the money was good. Believe me, you need to care about the cons.

      Pros

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is something you have to strive for but we have recognized need for growth in this area and we are striving to make a difference!
