Pros
Pay is decent compared to other food chains You get to eat a free meal on your shift You have the opportunity to learn skills ranging food service, cooking, to cash handling. Numerous store locations nationwide should you feel the need to move or transfer.
Cons
Can be paid more, especially for full time or 30-35 hour workers who need the income for various economic needs. 10 minute breaks are not long enough for a half shift. (15 minute breaks would be great) Management can be rather stingy and not really care about their workers Pressure is placed on workers to perform in accordance to standardized measurements. It can be repetitive
