- Platform has consistent issues
- The last sales review doesn't sound like a sales rep at all
- The CRO is extremely condescending, doesn't listen to anyone, people are forced to do things that are unproductive. Zero trust is given, everything needs to have fingerprints on it (even simple things), pricing often makes no logical sense and when pointed out, it's ignored, processes in place could be improved, but management is unwilling to listen to constructive ideas. The majority of the sales staff that were working there in January are no longer there ( 8 out of 12-13, I'd be shocked if more don't leave by EOY).
- Lots of gaslighting when you bring up issues
- You will not hit target
- You will not build references
- You will not be happy here on the sales team (you can either quit like a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain)
- Don't be shocked to get messages after-hours, on vacation or weekends
