      benefits such as flexible working, unlimited leave, health benefits. Some really great people, huge growth opportunities, fair compensation

      Cons

      toxic environment (the worst I have ever experienced) with a blame culture within exco and senior leadership. expectation of working to point of burnout with no recognition or support. no DEI culture as they "don't believe in it".
