    I was referred to a recruitment company who organised the assessment centre for this company. It was very competitive. Following the assessment centre they invited me to the interview stage for which I had to prepare a 30 min presentation on their competitors.

This year’s special 20th anniversary edition highlights the important contributions that tech companies, like Paddle, have made during the pandemic. In March, like so many other companies, Paddle pivoted to remote working and adapted quickly to make sure our team and our sellers were supported through the transition. For Paddlers, this has included a budget for creating a home office, virtual treasure hunts and continued access to mental health services. For our customers, Paddle’s seller support team has worked hard to manage a 20% increase in support inquiries and Account Managers have been proactively helping sellers navigate this challenging time with tailored advice on strategies such as churn prevention, international diversification and increased payment flexibility – and we’re incredibly proud of the resilience Paddle Sellers have shown.
