I joined packaging resources with a go -getter attitude. They told me on the first day how they would support you to grow with the company and that they are open to creativity and training me on things I am find difficult in. When I came to a problem where I needed training they said poke around and see and if I needed any knowledge I had to go to different people hunting for knowledge and those people hold onto the knowledge as some sought of power over you. They have a history of using employees for less than 6 months and firing them.
