Met with regional manager and owner of the company. Discussed my previous employment and the history of the company. It was more of a feeling of making sure our personalities fitting than of a typical job interview.

Interview
Two people interviewed me over the course of three on site interviews. They (owner of company and HR) were friendly and wanted to know about my career goals. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all and the entire process was less stressful than past interviews.
