Pros

None at all please don't work here. Profits are down and I expect layoffs soon. Management has no integrity.

Cons

This year the CEO broke his word to employees he had told it was okay to move over the last several years. These people moved to cheaper COL areas based on the promise they would be allowed to work remote and locked in 2% mortgage rates in 2022. The housing market in Orange County has gone parabolic and now the CEO says if you don't come back in person than you are fired. Also the week they told everyone that they amended the company handbook which previously stated that in the event of a restructuring you would get about a 1 month severance for every year worked. Well this is obviously a change to the company's structure and now they aren't honoring that. The severances for the people that aren't able to move back and take a 7% mortgage on a million dollar house are completely screwed with a pittance severance. Frankly management has acted disgustingly and I am so disappointed in Darryl in particular. Shame on them and shame on our CEO. The work culture has totally changed here and everyone is overworked. Now they'll have to sit in two hours of traffic as well because no job in this company below director pays enough to buy a house for a family in orange county. Profits are already down and I would expect layoffs soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not met expectations. Our organization is evolving to meet long-term business goals, and that means changing the ways we work, including where and how we collaborate. As part of our efforts to support flexibility, we’ve implemented a return-to-office schedule that balances in-office collaboration with a remote workday each week. These changes represent an important step toward building a stronger, more connected future for our company. To support employees through this transition, we continue to offer wellbeing reimbursements, onsite amenities, and other resources aimed at promoting balance and wellbeing during this time of change. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to speak with your manager or through internal channels such as our Pulse Survey, Coffee Chats, Town Halls, and other engagement opportunities with senior leaders.

Pros

Great benefits and great team members!

Cons

The Return to Office policy is driving away one of our talented team members. Blindsided by reorgs. No polls done to determine what is best for our team.
