      Pros

      My manager was very easy to work with. I was very busy but always able to meet expectations. My hard work was well recognised.

      Cons

      The pay was not very good. The factory schedule environment made it feel like high school. In addition, there were many disgruntled old employees who tried to make me feel miserable during general conversation.

      Pros

      the company is in canada, michigan, and mexico. it seems as though the canada headquarters is mainly IT/HR, michigan is electronics/sales, and the mexico branch seems to be manufacturing. since the company is spread, the branches contain about 30 employees each, meaning you'll perhaps get to know everyone. nice and friendly people. even management is pretty clear and good, you'd even meet the company's president at some point. the salary depends on school status (junior, senior, etc..after negotiation)
