Public service message: avoid this company. - Staff Engineer Paceline Employee Review

The working environment is best described as toxic as it's very clear the management team has no idea what it's doing and the business model is not proving itself out. We keep running failed experiment after failed experiment and our chances of getting additional funding are very low (who wants to invest in a company with zero growth and no revenue). Then we keep spending money on stupid marketing deals which have no results. For now I am keeping my head down and working on some side gigs while I wait for the layoffs to come - probably in May.
