Some people on the C-Suite don't really know what they are talking about most of the time.

Most of the people are great. Corporate mission and much of the culture also.

Cons

Have been having some tough times lately, largely due to the macro economic environment and making some poor executive decisions last year. As such, salaries have been stagnant and it's hard to reconcile where we are with where we're going.
