      Leadership changed and has a lack of direction towards teams, company initiatives are all over the place. Processes and job description completely changed.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
