Pros
A leading name and Fortune 500 company. You get to collaborate with incredibly hard working people who take their jobs seriously. I learned to prioritize and manage a huge volume of work, keep quality high, and set new personal standards. I enjoyed working with a majority women (especially leadership), but this comes with its own sometimes catty dynamics. Perks are fantastic (chic office, sample sales, in-office benefits, etc.) but pay is low. Depends on your preferences - I'd rather earn more.
Cons
This is an 'earn your stripes' environment, which felt like a sort of bootcamp prepping me for the rest of my career. Prepare to have an 'always on' mentality. You will also need to play the game, as with many fashion companies, and network for your political advantage. No growth unless you're a company favorite
