Pros

Associate Discount is the only thing.

Cons

When company makes profits they are so cheap that they reward stores with Pizza Parties. Yearly salary increase it’s not on par with cost of living. It’s shameful to see people get 50 cents or less hourly as an increase. The company is going through a massive turnover not just in support management (assistants, etc.) but Store Managers as well. That alone should tell you all you need to know. The demand to the stores is insane along the workload and they don’t provide the payroll for it.. and yet when DMs visit the stores all they do is complain only about the visuals. Teams are not motivated, there’s no Work/Life balance. When you have field leadership working 7 days a week is scary. HR does not care at all about employees, you have field leaders with a lot of HR issues and complaints and they’re still working like nothing has ever happened. Unfortunately basic consensus is that there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Pros

Holidays off and the somewhat of a good work schedule when properly staffed.

Cons

This warehouse was planned wrong from the first day . The warehouse is not built efficiently enough to handle the workload . Many safety issues are present in this warehouse . The workers works in circles everybody in this warehouse touches boxes several times it's not built to handle e-commerce at all . The senior managers are the worst micro-managers that bullies and targets associates to quit or set them up to fail. It's a revolving door for associates and supervisors . This warehouse has a really bad staffing problem and all signs point to senior management . Senior management loves to put on an good fake facade to impress corporate visits with cleaning up and creating work and supervision dressing up . It's a really bad work environment . Corporate really needs to get an honest feedback survey with the union from all employees on both shifts and you will see where the problem is and where they need to make changes .
