      Pros

      They are fairly good to their employees with regards to work/life balance. Flexible scheduling, half day fridays in the summer.

      Cons

      Only 10 vacation days for upwards of 5 years of employment on this company. VERY top heavy company. If you haven't put in 10, 15, 20 years at this company good luck moving up. Very well below average salaries for most employees below the middle management level. No bonuses for the lower level employees who do all the grunt work.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
