Pros

Great company culture and very competitive product pricing.

Cons

The Planning and Merchandising team was never interested in studying the New Zealand market; as a result, we lacked new styles and lines to meet New Zealand's demands. When selling directly to consumers, you must understand customer preferences, not your own. Puma has the longest recruitment process I have ever experienced in Retail.
