      The whole company act as a family. Everybody is really nice and helpful and there are no mind games which are quite common within fashion companies. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and to change within the brand.

      Cons

      As it act as a family you have to go around a topic multiple times to get things done and you have to be really careful to make it in right way.
