Pros

One of the best jobs I ever had. The people you work with make work so much fun. They are super talented and creative. As an employee, you get exposure to a lot of different areas (product, marketing, merchandising, sales) if you are a self starter. And depending on what area you work in, there are great opportunities for travel.

Cons

Top down Puma lacks a strategy and the ability to stick to it for the long haul. This lack of direction obviously effects a lot of different areas as a result. Management is also a problem, as most senior managers are not good mentors and there is a lack of training overall.

Thanks a lot for your positive feedback. We are aware that there was a lack of a clear strategy in the past. We are positive though that with our new orientation and ideas from our Board some tranquility and structure can be ensured in the long run.
