Pros

Brand is getting some momentum and products are inspiring

Cons

There is no cohesion in the Boston office. Departments work in silos. There are little attempts to create a community life but it doesn't really work out. Overall, employees are treated fairly poorly despite big speeches about "talents", "growing in the workplace", etc.
