Pros

Great people, cool sports facilities and free gym.

Cons

Office location, low salary, managers like to micromanage, have zero empathy, fail to lead by example and closed off to change or fresh ideas due to them being with the company for a long time. Career development is pointless as there is limited growth and you won’t get to use your new skills you acquire.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that aspects of your experience did not reflect the environment we strive to create at PUMA. While we’re glad you enjoyed the people and our sports facilities, we take concerns about leadership style, development opportunities, and openness to change very seriously. We actively support employee growth through continuous learning offerings and provide leadership development programs designed to help our managers lead by example, foster empathy, and create an open, supportive environment for their teams. If challenges arise, we encourage team members to have an open conversation with their managers first, as direct communication is often the most effective way to resolve concerns. Should additional advice or support be needed, our P&O Business Partners are available to help facilitate these discussions confidentially.
