Pros

Half days on Fridays - good work life balance Pay is decent for the Beauty industry Most people who work here are extremely welcoming and friendly.

Cons

Hire everyone on a FTC contract because they have such an unclear idea of where the company is heading. They hired for my role on FTC as someone was making the decision whether they would need it or not .. Company seem to be struggling and leadership don't know what they are doing, so they continue to make lots of redundancies to cut budgets despite hiring new head count. Different teams have different goals / KPIs leading to a lack of clear direction. HR teams/ recruitment agency made the hiring experience dreadful, got told a lot of things in my interview process that just were not true or got changed last minute so be wary of this. Also stop hiring incapable recruitment agencies, this made my experience 10x worse due to the lack of knowledge they had about Puig and what was happening behind closed doors. I found things out before they did!! (i.e. people in my team leaving the company just after I had accepted the role) - really poor.

Pros

Lots of trauma bonding w/ fellow co-workers

Cons

Great place to work if you thrive in chaos and enjoy being "part of a family". Need to speak French or Spanish, ideally Catalan, in order to get promoted beyond Director level. People are also promoted based on favoritism vs job acumen.
