Pros
Great culture, treated fairly. As any good recruitment consultant knows, recruitment is a sales environment. targets are set by us (the consultants), if targets are hit on a regular basis, there is no pressure. the leadership team are approachable and fair. Commission structure is one of the best in the business. Offices are excellent with pool table, table tennis, break out area. Breaks are encouraged. Annual summer day out was fabulous and fun, all expenses paid. same as the Christmas party. holiday entitlement is good and encourage to be used throughout the year to ensure that everyone has a break.
Cons
There have been a few changes recently in staffing however, the majority of those who have left haven't met the targets set (by themselves) on a regular basis. this has had no impact on the performance of the company results (speaks volumes). the people who are in the business are good, effective and hard working.
