Pros

None nothing good at all

Cons

U don't get paid until u make a sale or recruit a new team member and it's all commissions. They do a three way call to get u to work with them and make it seem like a great place to work for and then they throw u to the wolves

Pros

I love my supervisor - and his supervisor - very kind, lovely people to work with. Loved my team. Great pay, great benefits. And for many years, LegalShield was a great source of job security.

Cons

Under the current top leadership, who came in with a baseball bat, they laid off so many people who had been there 20+ years. Then, when the new Marketing Director was hired, they laid off many more. I find that disheartening. Current people in upper leadership do not listen to the expertise of the people they hired. Why would you hire professionals in their field if you do not take their consultation seriously? I believe it's dependent on ego and idea recognition and not what the best interests of the customers are.
