      Good training, tools and resources available to help you grow. Basic flexible work/home life.

      Cons

      PPD is only good if you are early in your career....learn the ropes, train to better yourself which will enhance your resume. Basically, a company if you are new to the workforce. Salary is not the best, but again, it's a excellent starting point in your job career.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
