      Compensation Package can be still lacking as compared to other CROs, especially in terms of salary, if not for the pros, would have left earlier.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
