This job is about perspective- the most stressful day is 100 x less stressful than any bedside nursing job. My first time with work/life balance. I personally enjoy my management team and coworkers. I’ve loved and thrived in a work from home environment.
Cons
Some returning to the office, lack of communication, pay is less than the industry standard, cost of benefits have gone up
