Pros
I work with a really great group of people. Managers are supportive, and want you to succeed. Benefits are also good.
Cons
Too much work. The workload is so high, consistently, that burnout is inevitable. It takes certain kinds of people to handle that, and the rest just end up leaving. I'd advise against working for PPD if you cannot handle high stress and time sensitive heavy workloads. Otherwise, it can be a great learning experience.
