      Can not think of any pros.

      Cons

      - No organisation - Under staffed and as a result staff are over worked. Pushed to make deadlines and have to work over time to achieve these with no chance of over time pay. - Due to finish at 4.45pm on Friday to go on holiday and stuck in calls after 6pm in order to submit work. - Do not value staff - Training on new processes and how to use the systems are little to non existent

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
