      Easy to get a job as a new grad

      Cons

      Employees are only in it for themselves, no team work, management has poor structure. I felt like I was thrown in and not given any background information on what I was doing.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
