PPD has a lot to offer their employees. They have great benefits that cost fairly less than most companies, just a copay and no co insurances. They have a work out facility that is practically available anytime, the flextime is the best, they give each employee a personal laptop so that you can have a great home/work life balance. The company seems to give growth opportunities and there seems to always be available positions due to expansions. The orientation program is very great, one of the best places I've ever work thus far.
