      Good place to start out if you are interested in the field. Willing to teach analyst on new techniques. Overall good work environment.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the area(Middleton). Can be stressful at times. It's a lot to learn for a first job out of college.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
