      Pros

      The employees other than the managers were really nice and I do miss them.

      Cons

      The managers are very demanding and really do not care about you on a personal level. Very passive aggressive environment. I am so glad it is over.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
