Pros
Great starter job. Use it as a stepping stone, not a place to stay. If you're fresh out of undergrad it's a great place to start as they'll pretty much hire anyone.
Cons
Predatory practices (will lie about rights to quit without notice, and your PTO payout, so know your rights!) Will work overtime and not get paid, but you'll make it back the next week with unwritten forced paid time off Underpaid for position. Can't garauntee you a desk at a place you will be onsite at 5 days a week The bonus and raise are set, so if inflation is 8% you'll be getting a figurative demotion regardless of whether you performed well or not.
