      Pros

      Exceptionally flexible with time off and start times for daily shifts. Quite good insurance. For a single HMO insurance plan, Dental is $16/mo, and Health is $35/mo. Friendly environment as well. Time off is 17 days at start date, 20 at 3 years and 25 days at 4 years.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly low compared to other companies (Catalent/Exact Sciences). Can be quite stressful at times depending on your role/team. The training program is very unorganized and confusing.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
