      Pros

      Decent benefits with regards to pension, private healthcare and flexible working hours. Also good if you have a good manager if they support you through the office politics.

      Cons

      Depending on your role, you are expected to freeze your life for them! You should appreciate that the customer comes first despite how unreasonable their requests are! If you have a supportive role sometimes turnaround time requests can be unreasonable. You maybe supporting individuals who are also extremely unorganised and you may bare the brunt of this!

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
