Pros
Friendly environment, flexible to work from home, flexible hours and you can make up time instead of having to use PTO.
Cons
Work is now sent over seas to the Philippines for cheaper labor instead of staying at headquarters. Different timezones make it difficult and you have to wake up in the middle of the night to talk/train others because of time difference. Brings in more money for the Company but leading to layoffs in the US.
