      Pay not as per industry standards. Great talent is not rewarded well. Flat remuneration irrespective of talent. Talented people beware of this place.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
