      Pros

      Locations are mostly in low cost of living areas. Some big initiatives are in the process of being implemented company-wide. Hopefully things will get better.

      Cons

      Lots of improvement needed in company processes. The company has some difficulty retaining talent which is common in the CRO industry. There is some lacking in team coordination. Benefits are not the best but better than average.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
