      Health coverage is superior to other companies in the area. 401K matching is nice. Flexible work hours

      Cons

      People have very different experiences based on their group. I love my group, but I have many friends here that are unhappy with theirs.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
