good knowledge sharing database, nice place to learn for newbies
Cons
very poor work life balance, be prepared to work average 11+ hours per day, and be prepared to work until 2 or 3 AM at least once per week. Company tried to fix this but failed again and again. Now just put more workload and pressure on its employee and manager and fire whoever unwilling to obey this work hour schedule
